If You Mess Up…

As a Christian, if you mess up and find yourself sinning against God, His children, and yourself, you must first confess your sins to your Heavenly Father, as we read in 1 John 1:9:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1 John 1:9 KJV

Next, God will instruct and chasten you. The foundation of the word chasten is “teaching/instruction” so keep this in mind.

The Divine Holy Word says NOT to despise the instruction, but endure it. Endure it as God dealing with a Son or Daughter of His own, and likewise, OWN and embrace the chastening.

Pray to God and say, “Lord, you do the chastening, I will REJOICE, WALK, GLORIFY GOD, SHOUT IN MY SOUL, and take hold of THE VICTORY that is found ONLY in CHRIST JESUS.

His Will be done. He knows all.

but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

1 John 1:7 KJV

And lastly, walk in the light and have fellowship with one another. We all have the same Heavenly Father, and the Same Heavenly Spirit dwelling in us.
