Jesus said, ”I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” (John 14:6) “The wages of sin is death, but the FREE gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23) Jesus requires no works from you (every other religious group on earth except for biblical Christianity requires works), “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8–9)
Grace is the unmerited favor that God gives to those who accept His free gift of salvation. Faith, a gift of God (see Ephesians 2:8 above), is what enables us to receive this free gift.
Christianity is a relationship. It is God reaching down to men and women offering the free gift of salvation. Jesus Christ paid in full the penalty for our sin. Just as a person might go before a judge and be given a death sentence for a horrific crime, and your father stands up and intervenes with the judge offering his life for yours to pay the penalty due, Christ willingly laid down His life and raised it up again on the third day to defeat death and Satan so you too will not die spiritually.
He stands at the door of your heart and knocks. He may be knocking as you read this. If you value truth, no matter where it leads, you only have but to ask God and He will reveal THE truth to you.
- (John 10:6) “I am the way.. The truth.. and the life. NO man cometh to the Father, but by me “
- Ephesians 2:8 “God saved you by His, grace WHEN YOU BELIEVED. and you cannot take credit for this, it Is a gift from God.. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it “
- “For GOD CHOSE to save us through our Lord Jesus Christ “(1 Thea 5:9)
We cannot EARN salvation
and it is not by works that we are saved,
- Romans 4:4–5 “when people work, their wages are not a gift, but something that they have earned. But people are righteous, not because of their work, but because of their FAITH in GOD, Who forgives sinners”
- (9) “Abraham was counted as righteous by God BECAUSE OF HIS FAITH.”
And not either because of which church we attend, or if our parents were saved, or if we were water sprinkled as a baby.. Or by being nice to people…
But we are nice and do good and righteous works BECAUSE we are Christian and in a RIGHT relationship with God, through Christ. (salvation changed our hearts)
We also cannot save ourselves. because the sacrifice for sin was and is the pure sinless Blood of Jesus CHRIST, IN Whom we are MADE righteous =in right standing with God) .
In JESUS we are saved.. Because HE is the way that God has made for men to be saved, and is the Gate of the sheep (John 10:9)
If we don’t BELIEVE it, then how are we to receive it!?
In conclusion, to be saved by grace, through faith, is to have received the free gift of life everlasting spent in the presence of the Father and His Son Jesus.
Whatever you have done wrong in your life no matter how heinous, you will be forgiven if only you humble yourself, seek THE truth, and receive Christ as your Lord and Savior.

“Seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be opened to you.” (paraphrase, Matthew 7:7, KJV) Jesus came to bear witness to the truth. (John 18:37)
There was no reason for God to be so merciful to us, and we couldn’t earn it, for it is a gift of grace. Dear wanderer, please trust in Jesus.
